The xford Farming Conference starts on Wednesday. I am going to be putting together a podcast of the conference with. I have been sitting in the office doing a bit of research about the other speakers and learning how to work the digital recorder. At least having the podcast to do will prevent nerves getting the better of me when it’s my turn to address the conference. ne thing that the four of us have learnt from practising for our own podcast is how important it is to prepare before you switch the microphone on so we are all preparing a few questions in advance. I have been reading through the list of speakers and there are some big hitters. Clare is hopeful that she has managed to arrange a few minutes with Hilary Benn the Secretary of State. I am most excited about meeting.
