Instead of sending traditional holiday greeting cards meditation master Chunyi Lin founder of the Twin Cities-based Spring Forest Qigong studios put together a 15-minute podcast that can be downloaded for free in hopes that it will help people "slow down open their hearts and reduce stress. "Lin’s soft voice narrates the session taking listeners through a series of relaxation and visualization exercises. Lin bases the session on the infinite love and wisdom of God but you can plug in the word "universe" if you prefer. Experience in qigong or any other type of meditation is not necessary. "It is a simple and effective practice to open your heart" he said.
