Regarding the Godfather, there is something I’ve always wondered about. The scene where Tom goes to the brothel run by Fredo and sees the Senator with the dead hooker in the bed. The senator calims he doesn’t know what happened. And I half believe him. Do you think he did it, or was he set up by the Corleones, so they could have HIS nuts in THEIR pocket. Tom says that the woman has no family, no friends, no one to notify. That made me think this had been worked out ahead of time and used to set the sentaor up. On the other hand, the seantor is a sleaze ball and I could believe that HE did it..
